Aggie Park has numerous available spaces to host your event! All types of events are welcome at Aggie Park. Contact our Aggie Park office to reserve your space today!
Reservation Policy:
To make a reservation for event space in Aggie Park, email [email protected] or call 979-862-7529.
Recognized student organizations and University departments may not reserve space for other organizations in order to provide access to university property or for the purpose of lower rental rates. The organization or department who reserves the space holds the permit and must be primarily responsible for planning, implementing, and financing the event.
For external clients interested in reserving Aggie Park, a sponsorship is required before a reservation may be made to host an event on campus. Please see the link to the required form and additional information about sponsorships.
Some events require special permits. Event permits must be requested at a minimum of fourteen days in advance of the event. The events that may need permits include:
- Events requiring security, traffic management, involving an organized walk/run, or an outdoor display must be requested thirty days prior to the event.
- Large outdoor events, including concerts, will require additional planning time. Event permits must be requested at least 12 weeks in advance.
Tailgating
University Center & Special Events can assist in planning and managing every detail of your meeting or event. We offer a full range of services and equipment rentals to ensure that every event is special.
Lawn Games
University Center & Special Events provides various games to play while at Aggie Park
Location
Lawn games can be played anywhere in Aggie Park if the space is not reserved for a special event. Foosball and Ping Pong tables are located behind the main stage and should stay at the location to not damage the tables.
Reservation
Lawn games can be reserved for your special event. Please let Aggie Park staff know you are interested in reserving lawn games when you make a reservation.
Costs
Lawn games are free to check out with a valid TAMU student ID or driver’s license to enjoy in Aggie Park.
If you are hosting a special event in Aggie Park and would like to reserve lawn games during the event, there is a fee to reserve games in order to guarantee the games are available for your special event. Please contact Aggie Park staff at 979-862-7529 or email [email protected] for pricing.
Personal Equipment
You will be allowed to bring your own lawn games, but all games must be approved by Aggie Park Staff in advance.
