University Center & Special Events is proud to partner with the Division of Student Affairs and the Association of Former Students for the new Aggie Park. This park contains over 20 acres of outdoor spaces for study, relaxation, tailgating, entertainment and recreation for students, staff, faculty, and campus visitors.

Policies

Jumping from the bridge or entering the water is not permitted
Animals must be kept on a leash, owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste
Consumption of alcohol, tobacco products, and vaping is prohibited
Fires and fireworks are not permitted
Solicitation and/or commercial activities are prohibited
No unauthorized vehicles on grass, sidewalks, or landscaped areas
Stage performances, amplified sound, cooking or tent setup require a reservation
This area is subject to surveillance and may or may not be monitored

Tailgating

All tailgating in Aggie Park, both free and paid, require reservations. Virtual land rush begins at 6 p.m. Sunday evening before the next football game. Virtual land rush will end Tuesday at 5 p.m.

History

The park’s renovation was funded through private donations raised by The Association of Former Students. For more information about the construction and history of Aggie Park, visit aggiepark.tamu.edu.
