Resource Table guidelines
Your organization is more than what you do — it is the people you are. Let students get to know the faces behind your organization while promoting your upcoming event!
Table spacing is limited; please submit your requests as early as possible to ensure your organization receives a table. Please note a resource table is DIFFERENT than a concessions table. For more information, see Concessions.
Tabling Zone Request Form
A tabling zone request form should be submitted 72 hours prior to your requested tabling time/date
Locations
Resource tables can be reserved in the following areas:
- John J. Koldus Plaza
- Rudder Plaza
- Memorial Student Center 12th Man Hall
Additionally, zone locations (no tables provided) can be reserved at the following locations:
- Sul Ross Plaza
- Sbisa Plaza
Reservations
- Tabling zone request may be turned in to the UCEN Event Services Office on the 2nd floor of Rudder Tower.
- Reservations are non-transferable.
Display and Removal
- Event Services staff will set up and remove tables prior to and after all tabling zone reservations.
- Organization should not attempt to move tables from their designated zone.
- Lost, stolen, and/or damaged table display items are the responsibility of the individual owner, student organization, or department.
