How to Apply

To get started with Texas A&M Special Event permitting, you will need to have a venue reserved. After reserving your venue, you will have seven days to submit a Special Event Proposal. Once your proposal is accepted, you will have fourteen days to submit the Special Event Permit application. Once submitted, university departments will review the details of your application. This process does not assess event content; its sole function is safety and compliance. Your Special Event Permit will be issued once all requirements are met.
