Event Services
Located on the second floor of Rudder Tower, our Event Services team assists in the booking, coordination, setup and staffing of meetings and events held in the Memorial Student Center, J Earl Rudder Tower, All Faiths Chapel, and the surrounding outside event space.

Aggie Park
Located across 20 acres in the heart of campus, Aggie Park provides enhanced outdoor spaces for study and relaxation, tailgating, entertainment and recreation for students and visitors. Our Aggie Park staff manage tailgating activities and coordinate all events in Aggie Park. Aggie Park office is located on the first floor of Rudder Tower.

Rudder Theatre Complex
Located on the first floor of the Rudder Theatre Complex, this team assists with the booking of space in Rudder Auditorium, Rudder Theatre, Rudder Forum, and the Exhibit Hall. Additionally our Rudder Theatre Complex team provides AV technical support, event setup and support, equipment rentals and event consultation for events held outside of UCEN facilities.
