UCEN facilities are guided by the following:

Food Guidelines — Governs the distribution and serving of food at events.
Food guidelines are subject to change as we help guide planning safe events in our facilities. We will continue to follow food-handling best practices with extra safety and sanitation precautions (sneeze guards, increased distancing between seating, etc.) and limit shared food (bread, condiments, cream/sugar) by serving individual containers. All food and beverage served in UCEN require an approved food and beverage form. Please call our office at 979-845-8905 to receive guidance for food at your banquets, conferences, and meetings. 

Food and Beverage Information Form — Submit this form to UC Hospitality and Event Services if you would like to use a non-TAMU food vendor.

Food Distribution Using Caterers Form — Use if food will be provided by non-TAMU vendor (events where caterer will be on-site or where the food is being picked up prior to the event).

Food Distribution Form — Use if preparation and cooking of food will be done on-site.

Food Safety and Sanitation — Standard Administrative Procedure Statement.

Open Event Guidelines and Procedures — Governs events not restricted to members of a single organization.

Concessions Rules — University Rule governing the distribution of advertising, promotional and informational materials, sales of merchandise, and collection of donated goods
