Our administrative office is housed on the first floor of the Memorial Student Center and oversees the following offices: Human Resources, Finance, Conference Services, Marketing, and the University Center Guest Suites.

Located on the second floor of Rudder Tower, our Event Services team assists in the booking, coordination, setup and staffing of meetings and events held in the Memorial Student Center, J. Earl Rudder Conference Tower, All Faiths Chapel, and the surrounding outside event space.

Located on the first floor of the Rudder Theatre Complex, our Special Events team assists with the booking of space in Rudder Theatre complex, which includes Rudder Auditorium, Rudder Theatre, Rudder Forum, and the Exhibit Hall. Additionally our Special Events team provides AV technical support, event setup and support, equipment rentals and event consultation for events held outside of UCEN facilities.

Student Advisory Board
The University Center & Special Events Student Advisory Board was created to gain valuable perspectives from student employees within our organization. The members of the Student Advisory Board work together with the Director and Administrative Associate Director to make decisions, develop ideas, and effectively present questions and concerns from their individual sub-units.
