As the largest ballroom in the Brazos Valley,  Bethancourt Ballroom can host up to 750 guests or can be split into five separate spaces to accommodate smaller parties and receptions. This spacious venue is also equipped with built-in audio and video technology. An adjacent prefunction area overlooks the newly renovated Kyle Field and is perfect for cocktail hour, buffet setups, or displaying reception gifts.
