The Innovative Learning Classroom Building is a classroom space and not an event space. Coordination of any event will be the responsibility of the department. If you would like to request tables, tables set up, or event equipment, please call the Rudder Theatre Complex at 979-845-8903. The scheduling party is responsible for arranging and paying for the catering, set up, and cleanup of the event. Custodial services will be onsite to assist with trash disposal. The ILCB kindly request that you refrain from bringing or consuming food in the classrooms, as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. Only university-approved vendors are allowed. The ILCB does allow food on the mezzanine.
Access to the spaces before the event outside of building hours will need to be coordinated at least 48 hours before your event. Please email [email protected] with the dates needed and your University Identification Number (UIN). Access will only be granted to the event coordinator.
